Since our establishment in 2023, we have been a family-owned food trailer dedicated to serving the Leavenworth community. We aim to create memorable dining experiences by crafting unique flavors that cater to individual preferences. We are pleased to announce that in 2025, we will introduce our Alley OOP SMASH burger, featuring two expertly smashed beef patties topped with cheese and our signature bacon jam. If you haven't tried our freshly squeezed lemonade with many different flavors, you SHOULD!
